PER CURIAM:

The appellant herein and respondent below, Walter Burke Skidmore (hereinafter *238“Mr. Skidmore”), appeals from an order entered June 19, 2008, by the Circuit Court of Braxton County. By that order, the circuit court refused Mr. Skidmore’s petition for appeal from orders of the Family Court of Braxton County entered May 21, 2008.
