Plaintiff Thomas Dwyer (“Dwyer”) brings this action seeking review of the final determination of the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying his application for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
