MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Plaintiff Robert Hawkins (“plaintiff’ or “Hawkins”) brought the above-captioned action against defendant Nassau County Correctional Facility (“defendant” or “the County” or “the Correctional Facility”), as well as “John Does,” alleging defendants were negligent in failing to clean up water which was on the floor in the shower area of the
