This case arises out of the foreclosure of a church’s mortgage. The Court has granted a temporary restraining order and scheduled a preliminary injunction hearing. The current beneficiary of the mortgage has also filed a motion to dismiss. For the reasons given herein, the Court

extends the temporary restraining order and denies the motion to dismiss.
