The United States has charged Cusick with a violation of Title 16 U.S.C. § 1857(1)(L). Cusick faces a maximum punishment of six months in custody and a fine of up to one hundred thousand dollars, as well as the applicable special assessment. 16 U.S.C. § 1859(b). He claims a jury trial.
