This matter comes before the court after trial on the Amended Complaint of Pedro Santiago against Defendant, Wilfredo Hernandez, seeking,

inter alia,

a judgment for actual and punitive damages based on fraud and a finding that the debt is nondis-chargeable pursuant to § 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code.
