Dora L. Aja (the “Debtor”) appeals from the bankruptcy court’s order granting the motion of Emigrant Funding Corporation (“Emigrant”) for in rem relief from stay (the “Williams Street Order”) with respect to real estate located at 9-11 Williams Street, Worcester, Massachusetts (the “Williams Street Property”).
