MEMORANDUM OPINION RE: CONFIRMATION

An evidentiary hearing on confirmation of Debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan of Reorganization was held on March 22, 2011 and the matter was taken under advisement. The Chapter 13 Trustee and the Debtor were each given the opportunity to file post-hearing briefs regarding the confirmability of Debtor’s business plan.
