and American Home Assurance (collectively, Employer), seek review of a workers' compensation court order awarding benefits for psychological overlay to Respondent, Patricia Dollar (Claimant). For the reasons set forth below, we sustain the workers' compensation court's decision. We deny Claimant's motion to tax costs.
