MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES R. SPENCER, Chief Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Council’s Motion

in Limine.

Council challenges the reliability of (1) the Government’s proposed palm print expert and (2) the Government’s proposed patrol canine handler.

I.

Council is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
