MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SIM LAKE, District Judge.

C.K. Lee brings this action against Catlin Specialty Insurance Company alleging that Catlin wrongfully handled an insurance claim that Lee submitted for hurricane damage to his commercial property.
