| defendants, LFI Fort Pierce, Inc. d/b/a Labor Finders (Labor Finders) and ESIS, Inc., appeal the judgment of the Office of Workers’ Compensation finding that Plaintiff, David Burkett, proved both accident and disability and was temporarily totally disabled from the time of accident, finding that he was entitled to the forty hour presumption for calculation of his average weekly
