PER CURIAM:

This case is before this Court upon appeal of an order entered by the respondent, the Public Service Commission of West Virginia (hereinafter “Commission”),

granting a rate increase of 4.4 percent to the petitioner, Jefferson Utilities, Inc. (hereinafter “JUI”), a privately-held public utility authorized to provide water service to several areas of Jefferson County, West Virginia.
