SUBSTITUTE OPINION ON REHEARING
CHARLES W. SEYMORE, Justice.
We issued our original opinion in this case on May 17, 2011. Thereafter, appellant, Ron Arron Thomas, filed a motion for rehearing and a motion for en banc reconsideration. We overrule appellant’s motion for rehearing, withdraw our previous opinion, vacate our previous judgment, and issue this substitute opinion and a new judgment.
