Appellant, Gary Green, has filed this

pro se

appeal challenging the dismissal of his third Post Conviction Relief Act

(PCRA) petition. We affirm.

Green shot a man to death in 1988, and he was subsequently convicted of first degree murder, recklessly endangering another person, and possessing an instrument of crime, for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
