DECISION Before the Court is Pauline Richard's ("Richard" or "Appellant") appeal from a decision of the Employees' Retirement System of the State of Rhode Island ("ERSRI"). In this decision, ERSRI denied Richard's application for an accidental disability pension. For the reasons set forth below, this Court affirms ERSRI's decision. Jurisdiction is pursuant to G.L. 1956 § 42-35-15.
