The Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County (Public Health Trust), the governing body of Jackson Memorial Hospital, seeks review of the decision of the Third District Court of Appeal in Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County v. Acanda, 23 So.3d 1200 (Fla. 3d DCA 2009). We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const.
