Timothy Scott Evans petitions for review of an adjudication of the State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists (Board), which ordered Evans to pay a civil penalty of $1,000 for doing the work of a professional geologist after his Pennsylvania license had lapsed.
