Jay Carter, a financial advisor at Clayton, Biltmore & Shouse, LLC, appeals the order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court awarding appellees Ernie and Karen Cline money damages for the breach of a contract to purchase real estate and attorneys’ fees and costs. Appellant raises four points for reversal.
