The defendant, through a subpoena duces tecum signed by this court on January 17, 2011, seeks disclosure from the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) of the names and other identifying information of 64 males who, by virtue of their status as convicted criminals, have profiles maintained in the State DNA Index System (SDIS).
