Defendant, Dante Copeland, has been charged with robbery,1 kidnapping for ransom,2 criminal conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking,3 receiving stolen property,4 two (2) counts of *191unlawful restraint,5 and conspiracy to commit robbery.6 Presently before this court is defendant’s motion to transfer case to juvenile court. 42 Pa. C.S.A. § 6322.
