{¶ 1} Appellant, Danny L. Gajovski Sr., filed a notice of appeal from the October 21, 2009 judgment entry of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, granting the motion for directed verdict of appellees, the estate of Robert C. Philabaun and Deborah J. Philabaun, d.b.a. Philabaun’s Hidden Cove Resort, on appellant’s breach-of-contract claim.
