Russell Dow (“Dow”) filed this action against his former employers, Gregory Casale (“Casale”), James Strahle (“Strahle”) and Lawrence Baker (“Baker”) (collectively, the “defendants”), claiming a violation of the Massachusetts Wage Act, G.L.c. 149, §§148 and 150 (the “Wage Act”). Now before the court are the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment.
