Anthony Valentino, an investigator in the City of Chicago’s Department of Zoning, was convicted after a jury trial of accepting a bribe in exchange for a favorable zoning inspection, 18 U.S.C. § 666(a)(1)(B), and was sentenced to 31 months’ imprisonment.
