I. INTRODUCTION

Both of the above captioned cases are multi-plaintiff actions originally brought in California State Court against various Bayer entities (collectively, the “Bayer Defendants”) (all non-California citizens), and McKesson Corporation (“McKesson”) (a *848citizen of California and Delaware).
