On April 12, 2011, Petitioner Jonathan Withanachchi (“Withanachchi”) filed a petition for writ of error coram nobis against the United States of America (“United States”), requesting that this Court vacate Withanachchi’s 2003 conviction for Driving under the Influence (“DUI”).
