Plaintiff Sunham Home Fashions, LLC (“Sunham”), a textile manufacturer and designer, brings this action against its excess insurance carrier Diamond State Insurance Company (“Diamond”) seeking reimbursement of the settlement amount paid in a copyright infringement action and recovery of its defense costs.
