The Defendant, Thomas A. Drake (“Mr. Drake” or “Defendant”), has filed the pending motions challenging (1) the constitutionality of Sections 5 & 6 of the Classified Information Procedures Act (“CIPA”), 18 U.S.C.App. III, and (2) Counts 1 through 5 of the Indictment as unconstitutionally vague.
