After a non-jury trial, the court found defendant guilty of two counts each of theft of services, commercial bribery and theft by deception. The court sentenced defendant to 15-30 months imprisonment for one count of theft of services and concurrent terms of 9-18 months imprisonment for all other counts of conviction.
