Timothy Blixseth filed this lawsuit alleging that his former attorney, Defendant Steven Brown and his law firm,

engaged in various misconduct when he sat as chair of the Unsecured Creditors Committee in Blixseth’s bankruptcy proceedings. Blix-seth claims that Brown’s co-defendants conspired with Brown and aided and abetted him.
