Appellee Firdosh Patel sued appellant Edward Malone under contract and tort theories, alleging that Malone reneged on their agreement to be equal partners with a third person in a new company, Prescen-do Consulting, LP. The trial court entered judgment in favor of Patel on the jury’s verdict, and Malone appeals that here.
