| iTasha Brooks appeals the decision of the trial court granting Imperial Fire and Casualty Insurance Company’s motion for summary judgment and dismissing her claims. For the following reasons, we reverse the decision of the trial court.

On or about December 22, 2009, Ms. Brooks was riding as a guest passenger in a vehicle owned and operated by Brandi Weldon.
