11 This is an appeal by the State of Louisiana.

Pursuant to a plea agreement, Defendant, Edras Brown, pled guilty in January 2011 to simple burglary. The agreement included that execution of sentence would be deferred for ninety days, and the Defendant was to pay restitution of two thousand two hundred fifty dollars to the victim within the ninety days.
