[ 2Pefendant-appellant, International Offshore Services, LLC (IOS) appeals the trial court’s judgment granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Stephen Williams, declaring that he was not prohibited from engaging in certain business operations by the terms of either an employment agreement or an operating agreement entered into by the parties.
