1 ¶Plaintiffs, Lynn B. Dean and Elevating Boats, Inc., appeal a judgment granting Exceptions of Res Judicata and No Right of Action and a Motion to Dismiss filed by defendant, Delacroix Corporation. The trial court dismissed plaintiffs’ claims as to the exceptions, with prejudice, and the claims as to the motion to dismiss, without prejudice.
