¶ 1. Machón Lyons sought a declaratory judgment against Direct General Insurance Company, asserting that an insured and his insurance carrier could not contractually exclude a family member from liability coverage under Mississippi’s mandatory liability insurance statutes. The Monroe County Circuit Court granted summary judgment in favor of Direct. Lyons now appeals.
