| ,This appeal arises out of a divorce and custody case wherein the trial court removed the mother’s domiciliary status and assigned it to the father. The grounds for modification of custody were, inter alia, the mother’s failure to follow the relocation procedure, set forth in La.R.S. 9:355.1 — .17.
