Aneatra Pogar was convicted following a jury trial of conspiracy to traffic in 28 grams or more of a controlled substance and sentenced to a mandatory 25-year term of incarceration. Her conviction was affirmed on appeal. Pogar v. State, 11 So.3d 965 (Fla. 5th DCA 2009).
