| jjDefendant/appellant, Nathan Pettus (“Pettus”), appeals his sentence of life imprisonment at hard labor after an adjudication of being a fourth felony offender. This is Pettus’ third appeal in this matter. He was originally charged with theft of goods valued at over $300 in violation of La. R.S. 14:67.10.
