| gDefendant appeals his conviction and sentence for aggravated criminal damage to property. Defendant claims that his sentence was constitutionally excessive and that the evidence presented against him at trial was not sufficient to support his conviction. Defendant also assigns as error the fact that the trial court permitted a bench trial in this matter.
