| Appellant Carle A. Freeman entered a conditional plea of no contest to possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. His plea followed the denial of his motion to suppress the fruits of a search of his vehicle. He appeals contending that the trial court clearly erred in finding that he gave valid consent to search and in finding that he was not illegally detained.
