In a single issue, appellants Kevin Qui-lens (Quilens), Angela Haynes (Haynes),1 Benjamin Rozzell, III (Rozzell), and Aubrey Foster (Foster), bring this interlocutory appeal challenging the trial court’s denial of their motion for summary judgment based on the affirmative defense of official immunity.
