Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York January 17, 2012 (Santiago v. Quattrociocchi)

A vehicle operated by the defendant C.A. Quattrociocchi and *748owned by the defendant Nicholas M. Quattrociocchi (hereinafter together the defendants) collided with a bicycle operated by the infant plaintiff. The infant plaintiff, by his mother, and his mother, suing derivatively, commenced this action against the defendants.
