Appeals (1) from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed March 31, 2010, which directed Bethlehem Steel Corporation to produce certain evidence, and (2) from a decision of said Board, filed November 16, 2011, which, among other things, ruled that claimant’s workers’ compensation award was to be apportioned between Arcelor Mittal and Bethlehem Steel Corporation in accordance
