GOULD, Judge.
¶ 1 Maricopa County, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Detention Officer Adam Hernandez, and Detention Officer John Noble (collectively “Defendants”) appeal the judgment entered after a jury returned a verdict finding them liable on Appellee Delano Yanes’ (‘Yanes”) 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim.
