ORDER

ALLEGRA, Judge:

On September 7, 2011, CRAssoeiates, Inc. (CRA) filed a complaint in this court seeking to enjoin Spectrum Healthcare Resources, Inc. (Spectrum) from performing on a health care contract that it had received from the U.S. Army (the Army). This court had enjoined a prior award of this contract. See CRAssociates, Inc. v. United States, 95 Fed.Cl. 357 (2010).
