In this breach of contract action, plaintiff Peace River Seed Co-Operative, Ltd. (Peace River) sought to recover damages from defendant Proseeds Marketing, Inc. (Proseeds) based on Proseeds’ failure to purchase grass seed from Peace River as agreed pursuant to a series of contracts.
