Canton Plaza, Inc. (“CPI”) and Chaim Oami (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed suit against Regions Bank, Inc. (“Regions”), asserting claims for breach of contract and wrongful foreclosure. In its answers to the complaint, Regions asserted two counterclaims seeking attorney fees against both CPI and Oami.
