After a jury trial, Richie Burke was convicted of child molestation (Count 1), enticing a child for indecent purposes (Count 2), and criminal attempt to commit child molestation (Count 3). He appeals his convictions for child molestation and for enticing a child for indecent purposes, contending that he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
