Stonington Development, LLC (Stonington), Stephen Lipscomb (Lipscomb), Ron Safko (Safko), and L.K. Harrell, III (Harrell) (collectively, Appellants) appeal the circuit court’s order of civil contempt and assessment of attorney’s fees against them for Stonington’s failure to abate the discharge of sediment-laden storm water onto the Hollis’s and Robinsons’ (collectively, Respondents)
